Strategies:
- WCS will identify students who are at-risk of failing to meet graduation requirements.
- WCS will build the capacity of teachers in the multi-tiered system of support (MTSS).
- WCS will engage parents/guardians/families at all levels in building understanding of Career and College readiness.
- WCS will support students in transitions between grade levels.

WCS will increase math composite proficiency scores on End of Grade (EOG) and End of Course (EOC) to 72.7% by June 2025. |

- WCS will strengthen core instruction in math.
- WCS will use MTSS Interventions to increase math proficiency.

- WCS will regularly assess the social/emotional needs of students.

- WCS will address the SEL needs of students and staff to increase academic achievement.
