Focus Area 4: Facilities and Operations
Goal One WCS will develop and implement an auxiliary services and infrastructure comprehensive improvement plan by 2027.
Strategies:
  • WCS will appoint a district planning team of auxiliary services directors and key stakeholders to create an infrastructure needs assessment.
  • WCS will complete the infrastructure needs assessment through collaboration of building level administration and auxiliary services directors by December 2022.
  • WCS will create a clearly defined infrastructure improvement plan at the building and district level to prioritize current and future needs.
