Focus Area 3: WCS Culture
Goal One By 2025, WCS will improve school to community communications by increased media presence.
Strategies:
  • WCS will use websites, social media outlets and marquees to communicate school information and events.
Goal Two Schools will review and revise their vision and mission statements to align with the district vision and mission.
Strategies:
  • By June 2022, schools will develop beliefs/core values as reflected in school vision and mission statements.
Goal Three By June 2022, WCS will increase positive connections, collaboration, trust and mutual respect with all stakeholders.
Strategies:
  • WCS will foster relationship-building activities among students, parents, staff, and administrators.
