DragonFly Registration Video
Wilkes County Schools now uses DragonFly Max for all athletic participation forms. Family ID will no longer be used. Please follow these steps to set up your DragonFly Max account and register your student for the 2025-2026 school year:
- Visit dragonflymax.com and click "Log in/Sign up."
- Click "Sign up for Free" and follow the prompts to create a Parent account using your personal email address. Do not use your child's name or contact information - you'll add your child later.
- Verify your account using the code sent to your email.
- Click "Connect to your School"
- Select "Parent" as your role and search for your child's school.
- Select "North Carolina" for your state.
- Type your school's name in the search bar and select your child's school.
- Click "Join" to request access. Your request will be approved by a school administrator as soon as possible. You can start filling out the required forms before approval.
- Click "Set up your children" and follow the prompts to add your child and complete their participation forms.
Important:
When completing the NCHSAA PPE Health History Form (2025 Version), Physical Examination Form, and Medical Eligibility Form, you must upload a copy of your child's sports physical for each form. Do not select the "fill out electronically" option.
