Sealed bids for the Wilkes County Schools, Millers Creek Elementary School Phase II Roof Renovation Project, 4320 NC-16, Millers Creek, NC 28651, will be received by the Engineer at Wolf Trail Engineering, 1001 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112, by 2:30 PM, March 31st, 2026, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for 11:30 AM, March 18th, 2026, at 4320 NC-16, Millers Creek, NC 28651. Attendance is not mandatory.
A bid security for 5% of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each bid.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the contract to another bidder, other than the low bidder, should it be deemed in their best interest.
