Congratulations to Allison Lambert, school nurse with Wilkes County Schools! She was chosen by the United Way of Wilkes for the Great State Hero award for her service to others and making a difference in our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. She was presented with a plaque and $1000 to a charity of her choice. We are so proud of you, Allison!
