The disposition of Vocational Education equipment or equipment purchased from any federally funded program must conform to the federal and state guidelines for the disposition of that equipment for that particular federally funded program.
All monies received when equipment or supplies purchased with federal funds are sold shall be used according to the guidelines governing the federal program under which the equipment or supplies were purchased.
