4307 Disciplinary Action for Exceptional Children/Disabled Students

Guidelines will conform to applicable state and federal law.
 
All disabled children will be accorded all rights as required by state and federal law. See also Wilkes County Board of Education policy 1730, Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disabilities.
