Kellan Barton, a kindergartener in Ms. Campbell's room at North Wilkesboro Elementary School, was the first child to ring the new Literacy Bell at the Wilkes County Public Library! He was SO proud, and we are so very proud of HIM! The bell ringing ceremony is the third Monday of every month at 5:30pm or by appointment.
