What an amazing day we had at North Wilkesboro Speedway on October 4, 2023! Dale Earnhardt, Jr. took time to meet with students from C.C. Wright Elementary, North Wilkesboro Elementary, and Wilkesboro Elementary to read his book, Buster Gets Back on Track! Each student got their own copy of the book, and our school district received a very big surprise! The Dollar General Literacy Foundation presented a check for $50,000 to go towards supporting our district's media centers and reading programs!

To end the day, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. took teachers and administrators for a few laps around the track! Thank you to the Dale Earnhardt Foundation, Dollar General Literacy Foundation, and Unilever for making this such a special day and driving our students to future success! It was a BIG WIN for all! 🏆🏁
