Director of Student Services, April Marr, and our school nurses have arranged for Wilkes County Schools employees to be eligible to participate in the 2023 Flu Shot Clinics. Due to each clinic needing 50 people, we are only able to host 4 clinic sites (1 in each district). Attached you will find a document that outlines the dates, times, and locations of the clinics. All employees who participate will need to complete the consent form (attached) and provide a copy of their insurance card along with a photo ID. Please direct all questions to your school nurse.
