The annual budget resolution shall include an appropriation to each school for such public use as the local school administration deems appropriate. Permitted uses of this appropriation include, but are not necessarily limited to, student and/or staff incentives, rewards, memorials, and staff development activities.
The amount appropriated by the Board of Education may be supplemented by unrestricted funds received from local school sources and donations. The principal shall submit to the financial officer a monthly report and reconciliation of all account activities.
