Every employee will have the right to freely join and support any professional organization. The Wilkes County Board of Education and administration of the school district will not attempt to influence a teacher’s or other employee’s decision as to whether to join any organization or association.
School personnel should not participate in membership activities while school is in session for students or while they are expected to be performing job-related duties unless specifically authorized by the principal.
