The Wilkes County Board of Education shall pay a salary supplement the last regular pay day prior to the Thanksgiving holidays. The rate of the supplement will be established each fiscal year by the Board of Education in the Current Expense Budget. Exceptions will be handled by the superintendent on an individual basis, pro-rated based on time of employment.
The superintendent shall have the responsibility for negotiating salary supplements for any other administrative positions.
